I'm new to table top rpgs, but am excited to get started. I saw a link to this forum on reddit and decided to introduce myself and get a feel for the place.
I am really interested in a pathfinder game, mostly because I walked through character creation for a game that ended up falling apart and therefore a little familiar with the mechanics and am interested in the flavor of the game.

Welcome! We currently only have one Pathfinder game right now and its full. What style of play are you interested in? Post by Post or Roll20. Hope you enjoy it here...

Welcome to the board! Hopefully we have a few more GMs pop in here so we can get more games like 3.5ed and Pathfinder going.

Welcome aboard! I believe we have a couple of dark heresy games up and maybe another pathfinder soon.

I'm really looking for Roll20 for pathfinder, because I'm already familiar with the archetypes (wizard/warriors etc). However, the thought of a post by post Dark Heresy game does sound intriguing, I feel like it would give me more time to get comfortable with the classes and lore.

It does plus its slow paced and you can delve into the character more.

So, I am really starting to get interested in dark heresy. Where/how do I get started?

Just depends on how you want to play. Would you be more comfortable doing a play by post till you got familiar with the system and setting. Or would rather do a Roll20 game. We can assist you with any path you decide to do.
