Hi,
Does the Fighter line use newly researched weapons? Or is their damage fixed?
Can split MIRV warheads be hit by PD weapons? Does hitting the initial missile stop the MIRV split?
Is there a production overflow cap?
Do leader bonuses (say bonus fleet beam defense) stack? Do these stack with passive racial traits?
Exactly what does equipped computer attack affect? Beams – yes. Cannons – I think so. Fighters – Maybe? Missiles/Torps – no. PD weps – Yes? Anti-Missile Rockets?
